This Shipping and Delivery will take up to 3 – 5 days outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of products purchased from Detailing 7 Doors. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to addresses within India. If you are located outside of these areas, please contact us before placing your order to inquire about shipping options.

Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided to you upon placing your order, but please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may take (Approx 10-15 Working Days)

Shipping Costs for Bulk orders

For standard shipping of orders less than 10 items, shipping is free.

Shipping costs for Bulk orders are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. To place a bulk order above 10 pieces, request a quote from the product page, or mail us on detailing7doors@gmail.com

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations imposed by local authorities. If you have any questions about shipping restrictions, please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please retain all packaging materials and documentation related to the shipment as they may be required for the claims process.

Exchange:

We are trying hard to serve your order to your appropriate product. In case if you received the wrong product, you can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery.

Your Pickup will be arranged by Detailing 7 Doors within 2-3 working days of your request.

All Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with the original packing & tags when we receive it.

In case, the order does not meet the above conditions exchange request will not be processed and your order will be sent back to your picked up address.

*In case of an exchange, if the size is not available, you can place a refund request which will proceed as refund policy. No other product can be exchanged on behalf of the same.

Returns:

We are working hard to provide you the latest products and services at affordable rates with Best quality. If you didn’t like the product or it’s not to your expectations simply return the product within 7 days of delivery.  We’ll accept the return up to 3 – 4 working days after the delivery.

We can arrange a pick-up for you with an easy online return process.

Refund: 

Amount Refund:

  1. If you cancel the Order, the full amount will be refunded to you includes shipping charges and COD charges if any.

  2. If you return the product, shipping charges and COD charges charged at the time while placing the order will be deducted. Also, the Reverse Shipping charges of Rs.100 will be charged and the balance amount will be refunded to you.

Mode of Refund:

  1. Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the same account from which order has been placed. Once we received the product, the amount will be processed in 1-2 working days. Your money will be reflected in your account in 5-7 working days.

  2. COD Orders: The amount will be transferred to the Bank Account mentioned while placing the Return Request and your amount will be reflected in your account within 7 working days of the details.
